For two years I've been searching for tasty gluten-free white bread that has a similar taste to regular white bread like most brands such as Wonder, Sara Lee and others sold at local markets.  After trying several brands and getting suggestions from friends and the gluten-free community, I finally found one that is now on top of my list.  LiveGFree Gluten Free White Bread tastes practically 95% just like regular bread.  I don't care much for the crust.  Some of the ingredients include but limited to, tapioca flour and brown rice flour.  A 12oz loaf is pretty pricey at $4.59 but yet cheaper compared to other gluten-free brands. LiveGFree white bread does not break or crumble into pieces.  Best of all, it has a nice moist great taste and it's not messy.  You can actually roll a gluten-free hot dog without the mess.
